  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • The product received is incorrect.
    • The quantity received is incorrect.
    • The product received is unsealed.
    • The product received is broken or damaged.
  2. Return Process:

    • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at contactus@havin.in within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
    • Step 2: Provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Include photos of the product if it is unsealed, broken, or damaged.
    • Step 3: Our team will review your request and confirm if it meets our return criteria.
  3. After Confirmation:
    • If your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
    • we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
    • If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement product as per your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
